The project increases the airport’s capacity by up to six million passengers per year, strengthening its role as one of Europe’s premier aviation hubs.
The footage was captured exclusively with high-resolution construction cameras. No drones, no interruptions, and no changes in perspective—just a seamless record of progress from the groundbreaking ceremony to the official opening on April 21, 2026.
The new pier is specifically designed for non-Schengen traffic and will be utilized by leading international airlines, including Emirates, Etihad Airways, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Qatar Airways.
